#27Dresses for Charity
March 21, 2016
Dumyé has teamed up with the UAE based S*uce concept stores and the charity START to create an exclusive collection of handmade dolls. Each doll was then photographed beautifully in some of Dubai's most iconic locations. The proceeds from the sales of the dolls and the photographic prints all go to support START's mission.
START is a non-profit organization running art workshops for refugees, orphans and special needs children across the Middle East and India, reaching over 2,200 children every week. They have been partners of Dumyé from the beginning and we are so happy to be able to support the important work they do, as they support ours.
A total of 27 designers, regional and international, were recruited for the project. Here are a few of our faves! (WARNING: Serious Eye Candy Below)

#SPOTTED: s*uce-on-sea
Taking the Australian designer’s own middle name, Gracie wears the stripe copper bandeau and skirt from one of her quirkiest collections. Always the eccentric, Alice McCall finished off the look with her now signature black bunny ears.
